Kicked off with the salad bar where wide variety of salad is offer. There are hot and cold salads is ready to choose as this is a buffet style.
You will be surprise that Carnaval Churracaria offer such as wide variety of meat which include beef, lamb, chicken, liver, gizzard, fish fillet, turkey ham and sausage. Besides that, a whole grilled pineapple is also served as the appetisers. Dont worry, you will not eat the whole pineapple as they will be served by the passadors.
The meat is cooked on skewers and once it is ready, the chef-cum-meat waiter called a passador comes round to the tables to offer patrons the tasty morsels. The chef makes his appearance every so often, with meat on skewer and carving knife in hand to slice off as much meat as diners wish to have. Customers can choose their favourite meat options and type of cut - rare, medium or well-done, and as much as they wish.
Unique Brazilian drink is offer at Carnaval Churracaria. Caipirihna and Caperosa is introduce. Caipirihna is the drink where mix Brazilian sugar cane rum, lime, sugar and crash ice is shake and ready to serve as a cocktail. While caperosca is ready for lady who love vodka. This is the Caipirihna where i feel its good after eating alot of meat.
Two type of tantalising dessert is offer at Carnaval Churracaria.Over-grilled banana with caramel sauce with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream where a sweettooth would love it.
Whereas crème de mangga where the fresh mango blended with vanilla ice-cream is also a good try.As the dessert lover, i try both of the desset and i would feel it is worth to try out both of the special dessert.
Carnaval Churracaria also offers a variety of activity to attract more customers to taste the unique Brazilian unique BBQ. Every Monday, there is a party night where 20% off will be given to table of five adults in group. Whereas for Tuesday, it is a wine and dine night where all the customers can bring their own wine and there is no cocktail charge for that night. Ladies night for Wednesday where 15% off will be given to ladies. While Sunday is family day, everybody will come with their family members and enjoy the 15% off.
The full meal of unlimited servings of barbecue and salad is priced at RM48++ for adults and RM18++ for children aged 12 years and below. The light meal with unlimited servings of salads goes for RM30++.
